Ms WeeShirl is a Chartered Accountant, trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers UK and qualified in 2006. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist. She had worked in United Kingdom, China (Beijing, Shanghai), United States and Netherlands.
Prior to her current role, She led the Fraud Investigation Function for Asia Pacific and Greater China at Microsoft. She has rich experience in forensic accounting, forensic investigations, fraud investigation, FCPA review, external audits, risk management, third party due diligence, compliance and internal controls.
Ms WeeShirl currently is the Global Head of Internal Audit at Signify (formerly known as Philips Lighting). She manages a team of auditors, fraud investigators and 3rd party screening analysts based in the Netherlands, United State, Panama, Dubai, India, Poland, Singapore, France and China.
Dr. Ken has over 20 years of experience in software and AI technologies, with a career spanning Singapore, Australia, and the United States. He has excelled as both a technical contributor and a leader in the fields of consumer products and healthtech, guiding global software engineering and R&D teams. He is a key contributor to several pivotal Apple products and technologies, including the iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and 3D Touch.
Dr. Ken has played an instrumental role from initial concept to successful market launch for these consumer products & research-use medical equipment. He has also published numerous research papers and articles in international journals, with a focus on Machine Learning and AI.
